Welcome to the Township Ordinance Enforcement Division. Our staff is committed to keeping the Township a safe and prosperous place for residents and businesses.

Ordinance Officers respond to complaints and will initiate enforcement when violations are observed. Once enforcement action is initiated, the officer will attempt to make person-to-person contact with the property owner/tenant and send an official letter of violation. Failure to have the property brought into compliance will result in further action including tickets, fines and/or fees, and court appearances.
